Housing Support
Many factors contribute to the reasons why an individual may find themselves experiencing homelessness. Because of this, it takes a variety of resources provided by multiple agencies to address individual needs. Coordinated Entry is the first step to housing.
Coordinated Entry
Coordinated Entry is a process in which people who are experiencing a housing crisis are quickly assessed, referred and connected to local resources based on their agency strengths and the need of the individual in crisis.
