(Coordinated Entry)

Coordinated Entry is a process in which people who are experiencing a housing crisis are quickly assessed, referred and connected to local resources based on their agency strengths and the need of the individual in crisis.

 

Coordinated Entry also provides user access to multiple supportive agencies through ONE easy phone number, 844-401-HOPE (4673). 

 

For face-to-face assistance, individuals can visit one the approved locations (referred to as access points) during the hours of operation shown below:  

• Monday - Thursday

  • Cumberland HealthNet (Mon-Th., 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) - 225 Green St., Ste 310​​

  • Operation Inasmuch (Mondays only, 730 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.) - 531 Hillsborough

  • Salvation Army (Tuesdays only, 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.) - 245 Alexander St.

  • Manna Dream Center (Wednesdays only, 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.) - 913 Person St.

  • First Baptist Church (Thursdays only, 1p.m. - 2 p.m.) - 201 Anderson St.
