​September 2026 - Elections held: a. Vetting & presentation of nominees by the Governance/Nominating Committee; b. Ballots presented to the Board and Active Members, followed by voting; c. announcement of voting outcomes

October 2026 - Board Officer(s) and/or Board Member-at-Large sworn in

​

Elections will be held at a Member's Meeting where 20% of Active Members shall constitute quorum
